Líbere Madrid Palacio Real

The property is well located in centre of Madrid - property was clean and as it was self managed, hence it was great.

Location was excellent, it was easy to find, instruction to get in was great! There are a bunch of great restaurants, bars and a super market right across from the building. I had to keep the windows shut the whole time. I loved that there is breakfast available for a small fee, and free lockers where I could keep my stuff for couple of hours after I checked out.

Super responsive stuff! When we came, there was only one armchair in the living room nearby TV, we lived there for a 5 days and we planed to work from the apartment, so we ask customer service if it’s possible to have one more armchair so we can chill together nearby TV, and in 5 minutes poor:) girl administrator dragged the furniture into our room:) Thank one more time! Also it’s our first super digital hotel, where you do everything by yourself without any help (also it was cool to open the main door by your phone:)). Dog friendly (bowls and doggo bed). Stylish interior. Center location. Super good internet for working!

The location is excellent specially for people like us who visits Madrid for the first time. Anything you need is all in walking distance. At first, our room had a problem with the shower tray drainage, the water from the water tap was also unclear. Our first room was on the 4th floor, room planning at the attick was not too nice. Bath room is big but unseful. The pantry was equipped nicely however it'd nicer if the add some tissues or pantry towels. Glad the staff then moved us into a better room downstairs. The room was facing a department store "El Corte Ingles" that plays their theme songs every hour in the evening, very nice 😍

Automated check-in process worked well. Got my access code early and getting into the room was very easy as well as the checking out process. Loved the location and the kitchen was equipped well enough for preparing light meals. The bed was really comfortable too.
